147 puller
I have a IH Cub Cadet 147 hydrostatic, it has a Kohler k321a bored .030 over, it also has 26x12x12 ag tires i was wondering if it would do good in some tractor pulls but not like competition pulls but like friendly neighborhood pulls

As a rules hydrostatic drives do not pull well at all. But it never hurts to give it a try.

I think it would do fine in just messin around with the guys type pulls but I've seen a few guys around here that pull every event with hydro s and they have done just as well as a lot of the gear drives so no big deal

In an actual lawn stock class, a hydro can keep up. At least between me and my dad, I have beat his 126 with my 1211 the last two years for the one pull we take them to!
