Default 102 bolt on mule drive adding tiller
Hey guys, so I'm going to use a 1a tiller with my 102 upgraded to 12hp kohler. My mule drive is the bolt on type that has one bolt against one pulley for tightening, nothing on other side, no bolt, no spring. Curious if this setup will be enough support for other pulley as far as evening out tension, or if I should look into upgrading to better mule or retro-fitting my existing mule drive to add some strength to other pulley? Any and all advice is wanted and welcomed.

Should work fine. You only need to tension the belt at one point, that will result in same tension everywhere along it's length. (load on the belt ignored).

It will work fine. I used my former 122 and 1A tiller for numerous gardens in the neighborhood and it worked great.

I used NAPA belts, AX-144 for the long belt
