Plastic throttle control repaired
The plastic throttle control on my ZTS2 60 failed after 8 months of total use, it usually only gets moved to the start and stop positions once per mow so that's much less than 100 uses in a year and a half. The inner steel cable end opened up the small hole in the plastic handle enough so it would pop out when moved. An aluminum insert was made and screwed into the plastic handle so that the cable end contacts metal not plastic.
