Default When A Regular Set Of Saw Horses Will Not Do!! Pics & Dimensions

I built my shed out of 40 foot "I" beams, I knew there would be a lot of cutting and trimming.

I needed a set of saw horses that would hold a "bundle" of I-beams at a time, and make it easy to to the cutting needed.

Lets see, I got tons of I-beams setting in the field, what should I make the saw horse's out of??

DUHHHH!!

I took this pic because this saw horse happened to have the dimensions wrote on it.

6"X4"X8.5lb per foot.

The legs are made out of 2.5X2.5x1/4" angle.

I know you guys don't have enough to do, so here is a project.

I have had over 6,000 pounds of steel on two of these, and I have been using them since about 1995.

Get started!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
