Default Spring cleaning notice.

Came home today to find a nice orange paper from the city taped to the front door. I have 5 days to clean up my yard. Maybe it was my parts Cub outside. Maybe the 5 electric cars for the grand kids. Maybe the 1978 Dodge power wagon in parts with spare truck bed and camper shell.
Can't say I blame anybody for complaining. My wife has been more than patient with the mess. Glad I have place to haul it to. The farm a hour away. But I have to ruin some of my friends Saturday before Easter to haul the stuff.

Most likely it was a neighbor(s) bitichin.

Down here the code enforcement people travel the same route from home to the office 500 times a year.
And drive by code violations along that route 500 times per year.
But they do not see those code violations.
Only the ones that have been called in and complained about by citizens.

Me too. Then I haulled in even more stuff... I now have my truck up by my mailbox with the nose clip off of it so I could change engine without having hoist all the way up! Its funny my place was not mowed for years before I bought it, I had to rent an excavator to bury the remains of an old mobile home that OP had towed in so they could scrap it. They took anything that was worth anything and left the rest but no body wined about that because the jungle that grew around it!
I now keep up on the lawn(that has taken me 4yrs to make) and they complain because I have a pile of scrap metal out back. Code showed up when neighbors called and asked me when I would have the place cleaned up and I asked them if they seen the mess that was left for me, then gave him a tour. He told me that I was doing a great job and to keep up the hard work, shook my hand, welcomed me to the neighbor hood and have not seen him since!! Even aafter the deck that the OP built collapsed cause they used reg black metal screws instead of coated! (And i had 3 face cord of fire wood stacked along the out side rail.
I now have a 6ft shadow box style privacy fence seperating "My area" from rest of the yard.

Gotta love neighbors that have nothing better to do than cause trouble.

Sorry guys I didn't take any pictures, just started moving things onto the driveway. Trying to get ready to haul off. I had things tarped (brown not blue) and between the house and the neighbors bushes. From the street view you could only see the bed of the truck.
I have 4 widow ladies in they're 80's and 90's. that are close by. It may have been one of them. Not going to worry about it, just clean it up and move on. Live is to short to worry about this kind of thing. I'm just glad I have some place to go with the stuff.

Don't you just love it when the government tells you what you can and can't do?? I thought this was a free country?

Sad thing is people keep voting for the leaders that want to impose even more government intervention!!?

Hope you get it all moved.. good luck!! If I were closer I'd come over and help!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
