Default They just keep following me home

I answered a Craigslist ad for a 451 snowblower and ended up coming home with the blower, a 54" deck and a rough looking but good running 2084(weights and chains too). Anybody got some decent used plastics?

Not sure what happened to it but there isn't a good piece of plastic on it. The whole front end (plastic) is held together with zip ties. Mechanically it is in surprisingly good condition.

Nice grab! Now you don't have to worry about freeing up a machine to put the blower on.

Is that a Formula SAE car in your avitar? I helped my friend build one at Drexel about 10 yrs ago that looked something like that (they all looked similar).

You may want to talk to Tim about doing the same thing to that 2084.

I got all of the original literature and maintenance records with the tractor including this sales flyer from 1994.

Sticker on it in 94 was $8228.00 for just the tractor.

What kind of lap times did you turn at WGI? My best was a 2 min flat on the long course.

I thought about doing the re-skin but I really like the lines of the Cyclops, only wish the availability of the plastic was better and cheaper. The current record for a Club Ford on the long course at the 'Glen is 2:06:2, my best was 2:14:8, not too bad on the required treaded Dunlops required by VRG, the record was on slicks.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
