Battery hold down s
Hello everyone. I’m new to this site. I found it kind of difficult to navigate it. Anyway, thanks for allowing me in. I have a 2011 Cub Cadet RZT zero turn with a 50” deck. The former owner changed the battery and now it has no battery hold down. Upon inspection, there is a bracket with two bolts bolted to the body just above the battery. However, everything I researched, showed a bent rod type hold down. This tractor doesn’t use this type hold down. It has something to do with the bracket that’s bolted to the body. There is a ‘U’ shape cut- out in the body just in front of the battery, but no hole above the battery like the rod hold down uses. Can someone please tell me why I can’t seem to find the correct hold down? Thanks I have a photo, but can’t seem to put it on here. Sorry.

Hello and welcome. I use the Cub Cadet parts lookup at the top
of the page anytime I run into stuff like this. If you look up your machine and find the parts diagram for it. You will get a good look at what it is supposed to look like. You can also get the original part number to help you looking for parts. Ken
