Default Xt2 xt3

Hi from the UK
I am thinking of buying the XT2 or XT3, have had a look at specs they give the overall sizes, but what I need is the measurement of the wheelbase and hight of the tow plate, there isn't any CC in my area even in the showrooms for me to look at, but will get one in if I order?
We have a small steel bridge over the stream in the garden and was wondering
if the cub would get over, also would I have to mod the yow hook.
Its a shame we don't have the older models in the UK, JD don't seem as robust and with fewer specs, they do have a good second-hand market.

Width depends on what size deck you have installed.
Probably the same overall size as my GTX2154LE w/54" fab deck

This forum is mostly dedicated to the older Cub's from the 60's, 70's and 80's, I don't think there are any regulars on here that have one they can measure, if I had one I would measure it for you but my newest Cub is from 1989.

Try going to the USA Cub Cadet Web site and use the chat function to ask the ground clearance question. They might be able to pull it up on their end or ask the engineering department. I've used it several times and they are "mostly" helpful.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
