3D printing?
Anybody doing any 3D printing? I got an inexpensive printer for Christmas, and have been playing with it. Mostly making nosecones for model rockets (scale models of Mercury, Gemini and Apollo capsules).
Found this IH logo on line, printed one this morning. Any other CC stuff that might be worth printing? Steering column bushing, throttle, lift and hydro handles, Gear shift knob (which is now unavailable I think). The plastic can be most any color, I got black and white to start. thoughts?

Can you make rear PTO accessories??
Nobody else can figure what to do with a rear PTO!!,,, Now, not in jest,, how about printing a two piece fan that can bolt to a Hydrostatic driveshaft,,, it would save a ton of work in replacing that fan,,, |

Fan not a bad idea, but my printer is limited to a 4.7 inch (120mm) cube. But larger printers could probably do it.

With a hobbyist version, don't know what you could make besides emblems. With a commercial unit, a lot of knobs/handles etc. I do not know if they make a rubber material, but if they did--pads for the pedals, implement lift handles.

I probably have an extra feed grinder you could belt up to that. Start raising chickens!

So, you can come get the grinder now. It'll be October before I have any more corn. Just leave your truck, its cheaper in bulk.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
