Dual Symbolism
So, I laughed myself to hysterics today when I saw a young girl trying to make a social/political statement today on her t-shirt.
On the front of her shirt was: "# Me Too!" Because when I grew up, the symbol # meant "pound" and not "hashtag". So I thought to myself, does she really want people to "pound me, too!" Cub Cadet 123

Yeah, WTH does it mean, anyway!!??
My dictionary says hash is a mixture, hodgepodge, a muddle And of course a pile of fried spuds (hash browns) that 2 or 3 eggs go good on top of, or as I was always told as a kid by Mom "Hot German potato salad" Don't forget a little dash of vinegar on top!! Darn, now I' getting hungry!! |

That is interesting in Australia "lb" meant pound or a symbol "£" were the 2 relevant signs one was for weight the other for money
Hash on a phone or computer just meant hash The T-shirt who knows ?????? Oz

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
