Default Cub 1811 let me down

I have an 1811 with about 800 hours on it. It will not start. It was turning over one day, and not turn over the next day. Now it just clicks and gas is leaking out of the exhaust system. It ran fine in the summer but it does not get used very much. I charged the battery and put a new solenoid on it, and it started right up. Next day it would not start again and just getting the clicking sound. Today I thought I would try again, it did turn over a couple of times slowly, then just the clicking sound and gas all over the ground from the exhaust.
Can anyone give me ideas on what to look for to get it going please?
Does anyone know a carb rebuild kit part number?
Where is the engine serial number? I can not see it.
Were the Magnum 18 motors all the same in these tractors?
Frame model number is 147660100 and it has a tag MFG. Date B047G.
Thanks in advance for any help.
I picked up a snow blade for it and was looking forward to pushing snow with it.

You might have couple different issues going on. If it were mine I would
start with making sure all electric connections were spotless. Then
I would replace the battery, unless of course it is new. If it is an old
battery it may not be good just because you charged it.

If you have gas coming out of the exhaust, most likely the crankcase is full of gas. Address that first. It is either the carb like you suspect or the fuel pump diaphragm is busted.

Concur 100%
Drain the Gas/oil mixture, and change the oil and filter if equipped,
( IIRR they have filters)
Glad it did not start for you, as it could have caused engine damage.
As mentioned,
it could be just a fluke, that a piece of crud got under the needle valve in the carb, or it's time for a replacement of the needle/seat.

Also as mentioned, the fuel pump diaphragm over time, becomes worn and it leaks allowing fuel into the crankcase, both are common problems.
At the age of these engines, it is good preventive maint. to replace the fuel pump and the needle and seat in the carb and be done with it.
The plastic pump Kohler now sells, although a bit pricey (shop the 'net)
is a good pump, also Stens is another good aftermarket pump.
Some of this chi-naww stuff is questionable.

When you get the electrical problem solved and it is started for the first time,
it will smoke like a steam engine pulling a grade, till the oil/gas mixture gets out of the exhaust system.
You will have spark plug fouling during the initial start up most times.

I suggest that before the first start is attempted, one should spin the engine over with the spark plugs removed to purge most of the oil/gas mixture out of the cylinders.
Be careful that the spark plug wires are kept away from the plug holes as the fuel mixture you are purging is Flammable and it only takes one spark to make an "oh shit" moment,
Also it is a good idea to install a fuel filter while working on the fuel system if one is not already installed.
