Yes, after I posted my comment I saw that. I wonder what the reserve could be on them... They are down in your neck of the woods.

Yes, I saw both of those listing today. Have you called that guy with the 20+ tractors? I haven't yet... He may have some good ones.

I did see all those cubs on the great auction site. A couple of his reserves have been met. Looks like most of 'em have been sitting for a while. For some reason, the seller's name sounds familiar....... Be interesting to see what they all sell for, it they sell.

Under edit: Atleast the 982 has met his reserve.

I was offered that loader for 1500 last year. With the new tires reserve is probably around 1700. I didn't want to drive 3 1/2 hours to get it.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
