Looks like a Struck. If it were closer I'd be checking it out. They are really cool little machines.

they made those Strucks in Cedarburg WI. I still remember their adds in the back of Popular Mechanics when I was a Kid

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
