Default Is this terminal ?
This pic is from a Mag 15 I recently picked up. The governor don't seem to work properly. Is this the "pin the governor" thing I have heard about ?

Yes it is.

Is it terminal? Depends how much time and money you want to spend....

Figures but I believe the flywheel will work on the mag20 I have that's bad
