LOL. My parents literally tried to have an "intervention" at one point. They just knew I was on drugs as much as I worked, and as little as I slept. I just laughed and told them Mt. Dew, coffee and cigarettes. Then I asked which one they wanted me to give up. They just stared. :biggrin2:

Guess I was wrong. My 800 does the same thing. I would think that any drag with the the electric pto disengaged is bad news and would produce heat. Going to look at the manual, there must be an air gap spec or something

Edit: says.010" gap for the "brake", still wondering how .010" gap holds the pulley but ok

You use the brake to adjust the gap to .010". I didn't mention this because it isn't critical. I just adjust it so that the brake holds it off, and doesn't drag when it's on. That's what the springs are for. They hold the brake off the clutch when it's engaged, and then when the PTO is disengaged the clutch rests against the brake. Make sense? :beerchug:
