Here's the deal, these things were put together by people and they can be repaired and rebuilt by people. None of us were born with the knowledge of how to do this, we all learned or were shown how to do it. You can do it too. Read the manual, if you have questions say something and someone will walk you through the how to. Once you have it fixed you can look at it and say "I rebuilt that"! :beerchug:

Steering
 

Finally got the time to remove steering assembly. I quit for the night but want to ask a question. Can I loosen the U bolts on the plate behind the hydro valve instead of removing hydro valve and the plate to get it off. 782D

YES, but it may a tad bit more difficult.

Finished it today wasn’t as bad as I thought. Now just waiting on front wheel bearings. Can steer it with one hand now. Again many thanks.
