How do I get any moisture out of the lines If I cant flush it?

Change the fluid and filter and you should be good. Then if you want to be sure change it again in 6 months to a year. :beerchug:

And when was the last time the filter was changed.

I fired up my 1811 when it was -2 ambient, and while it whined a little louder, I still had all functions.
