I know there not cheap this year i may just do a stock kohler block and next year do a sa block

We did sort of a budget build on a SA. We used the stock crank, block, valves, and reworked a stock carb. seems to be holding together good for now. If you go with the stock crank just make sure you balance it and have it checked over for cracks. It pulls right with the others in our club but I don't think it would be competitive in NQS.

All im getting is a block for this year. If i can get my hands on some parts I might but I think I may just go all out with buying the good parts.

You should also make sure your club allows aftermarket blocks if that's what your after as the club I pull with doesn't allow them in the SA classes.
