1986 1210 Motor Replacement
 

Does anyone know if a 12HP K301AQS is the same as a M12AQS. Tring to find out what the differences are but no luck.

The engine from the 1320 should be a vertical shaft, so that won't work. The one from 2130 would probably work with some mounting and drive shaft mods.
