I was looking for a snow blower for my newly acquired 2072, and found this old girl for $675. The PO painted the tractor red to match the cab. Runs like a champ, and the sale included everything in the picture, as well as a 300 watt electric heater mounted in the cab.

The alternator can't keep up with the heater and lighting load, so I'll be adding a larger alternator for next year.

Thinking of adding a pulley to the drive shaft, and stuffing a Denso 40 amp in the tunnel. Haven't measured yet, but think it would be possible.

Not sure you want to put a side load on the drive shaft. You may be better off just hanging a box off the back with a BIG battery in it that you can just recharge when your not running it.

Looks like a good deal to me, congrats.

Take the pulley off and drive it off the back of the pump.:bigthink:
