How do you guys put the Retainer in the rear end on ?
 

How do you guys put the retainer /number 11 on ?

When I did it I put a 4x4 up the back of the case against the pinion and set it verticality on the floor, then you can easily pop the clip on.

I use a pair of pliers that look like snap ring pliers but with flat jaws that expand the ring, slip it over the shaft and done, you just need the proper tool to do the job, they look like this. :beerchug:
