How can I tell the difference?

So, I'm ordering new pulleys for the mule drive for the mower deck assembly...but I've seen a few sites state they are Stens. Does IH no longer make them and this is my only choice? I'm looking for longevity here. I don't want to keep replacing these pulleys.....whats everyones thoughts?

The "stamped steel" or solid cast iron, are the ones you want. Stay away from any cast aluminum ones.

Well they say that their a direct replacement. Look like the ones I got from cub cadet. I don't know what they charge for shipping, don't think my dealer charged for shipping. I would get them.

Wow, $6.35 for those Primeline at Mill Supply. I'm assuming you like them since you're suggesting them.

is it possible to take them apart, clean them, and put in new grease? Or are they all internal?

So far they are working well, only time will tell of course. I tilled my whole garden and they were still cool to the touch. They are catalogged as "heavy duty", I looked at several before using these, I couldn't justify the solid jobs that are around $50 each. They do not have replaceable bearings though.

ok, so I am having to get new belts as well for the mower. Both belts actually. So, I was looking up the parts on cubcadet.com and it classifies it by the different serial numbers on the mower itself. So, I looked at the serial number on the mower itself and its: 03200170110395

would the serial number happen to be 110395?

and its a 44A mower deck

I've had great luck with these, and this seller. I don't know if these are the actual ones you need , but I bet he has them. Don
