Model 72 front power takeoff clutch bearing

How do I get the bearing off? I took out the set screw on the collar and pulled on it with a bearing puller and it won't move.

It is a locking collar. It holds the bearing with an eccentric. Tap the collar clockwise with a punch.

Thanks but one detail please - clockwise as I face the front of the tractor?

How about this. Standing looking at the front of the tractor, turn it opposite direction of shaft rotation when running.

Clockwise as you are looking at it- that is if the last guy installed it correctly.

The end objective is to replace the oil seal that literally fell out. Rather than just put it back I want to replace it. The part number I have is KH-X-583 which I can not find. Is there a replacement number?

I got the old seal out and now know the part number. Thank you all for your help.
