40x100 lot with a 20x12 garden , 24x40 house,12x8 work shop ,& 12x50 driveway, can cut my grass with walk behind faster then with cub, but the cub takes care of snow, 4th of july fun & buggy luggin around kids & wood . So what is too small of a yard??????
