New (used/good) fuel pump installed, and I found the fuel valve to be rusted tight and I found the hard way the rubber grommet was shot. So I pulled it all out and replaced it with good spare ones I had and it runs perfect. Here is a picture of my valve cover I had mentioned.

Everything is coming up aces now, I just need to give it a bath and change fluids and filters.
