You do realize they are only $35 new right? You also need the plate that the bar connects to too.
Go about 3/4 of the way down on the page. 3 point parts If you still want to make one, the bar stock is 7/16" thick x 1-3/8" wide x 25-9/16" long. The holes are 24-1/4" apart on center. One hole is 49/64" id. and the other is 41/64" id. The bushing that goes on the bolt and in the large hole is 33/64" id. x 3/4" od. x 1/2" long.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens.
