It's better than an ugly green thing.
never seen a blade setup under a loader like yours. Looks like it works though. Hope everyone is having a good time, enjoying the snow. ![]()

The plow that Kubota sells for the BX is over $1800.00 and the loader has to come off to install it. I made this one out of an old Meyer plow from a Ford F-150. It cost me about $500.00 and it works AWESOME.

Our power went out 3 or 4 times but only for a moment each time. My standby generator kicked in once but it only ran for a couple minutes before the power came back on. We have pine tree brances down all over the place. Clean up this spring will be fun. ![]()

Despite promises of 4-6 inches here (about 25 miles NW of Richmond, VA) we only got about an inch of sloppy wet stuff. I'm a little jealous. When it really snows big, though, the Ford with a 7 foot blade does the work. I plow most of the lane and about half the driveways in the neighborhood-probably a mile of road all together.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
