Head bolt question

I have a leaking head gasket on an Onan P216 so I pulled both heads the other night and of course one bolt broke off about 1/4 above the block.

I looked just about everywhere and can't find replacement bolts....OEM are too much $.

The bolts are 5/16 X 2" long with 1.5" of them threaded. Where is a good place to find them? I've looked at McMaster, Summit, GreedBay, Amazon & Googled them but I can not find a grade 8 bolt to match. TIA
