OK , I just dont see the long lift bar handel. like whats on my 582 going down the side.
is it on the other side on the 123?

I use my plow to put in new garden beds and till them once they are in. One thing to remember it's faster to plow then it is to till, so plow in the fall and till in the spring. Or if your like me I do both for more seat time.
 With my red clay it's best to have hydro for tilling. Depends on your soil. Sounds like he's a little high at $700.  I would look for a hydro lift. Using a spring assist all day to till would suck.
