The tiller for these is run by the front PTO and a big long belt to the back of the tractor.

The rear PTO driven tiller is for the 2000 rpm PTO on the super garden tractors and does not fit a 122...once again, the tiller for a 122 is driven from the front PTO.

Pretty much nothing. They made a reverser for it to get it turning the standard direction and speed, but they're rare and expensive. Unless you have a small grain elevator or something, there's no use for it. There was a trencher attachment that might have used it, but I don't know for sure. There aren't many of those around anyway.

On a 122? Don't bother. The block probably isn't drilled for the mounting bolts, you'll need to do a bunch of rewiring, and the biggest problem is that you'd have no way to start the engine because the PTO clutch will be occupying the space where the crank pulley for the starter/generator needs to be.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
