That was a old hunting hole about 3 to 4 years ago. At that time the main guy really didn't want to sell much stuff. I got 2 originals and a fully optioned 100 out of there. NOS Original headlights, NOS creeper, NOS 3 points. 5 or 6 original oil bath air cleaners. I saw the Haban Lew got with the Mott mower standing in the shop. Never asked about them. Wasn't looking at the time.
I was there when he first started cleaning the old iron out of the woods. I remember 4 or 5 dumpers of full cut up tractors in the dumpers for scrap. At the time there where at least 30 or 40 cadets all over the place.
Is the shed full of implements still there? All kinds of mower decks, blades, rototillers.

Sorry can't tell where he got it.

There is suppose to be a 8 Hp Briggs on it.I picked up a set of instructions for this yesterday and found out I still need a few pieces...there is suppose to be a rubber grommet on the tow bar, a adjusting knob, and a threaded rod with a spring. Oh well...

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
