Front pto question....
Ok, I see how to engage the front pto, but can someone explain to me how it works, like how the drive belt hooks to it? A picture would be very helpful if it's not too much trouble. Thanks in advance!

The belt just hangs down from the pto pulley.. (Not the big yellow basket pulley, that drives the generator)
Depending on what implement we are driving, the belt then goes over mule drive pulleys and off to the blower, mower, or back to the tiller. The mule drive pulleys set the belt tension. I'm sure someone will post a picture for you.
