Default Timed deck on a NF?

Well I found a timed deck off of an "O" and no I didn't get an "O" yet But my question is that could I put this deck on one of my NF's, most likely my 123 with out much trouble?

There is a conversion kit for a 70. I think a 12hp would be too much power for that deck.

+1...somewhere I read that it wasn't even supposed to be mounted to a 100 with that kit for that very reason.

Do you have a deck for your 123? I have a 48" one on mine.Less seat time but it cuts very well.

No, all I have is a 38'' deck for my 71, and I wanted to put a deck on my 123 so that my girlfriend and I can mow at the same time, plus the 123 would be better for a lot of foward and reverse mowing. A 48'' deck would be great!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
