Default Sprayer Modifications

Here is a pic of the mod I did to the sprayer to hold the hose and the wand.

I bolted it together, rather than welding, just in case I don't like the set-up after using it a while. If it works out well I'll eventually weld it together. Had to give it the colors thou!

I have a 25gal that I carry around on a garden cart and have the spray tips mounted on the cart. It works real good, I also use the wand to spray my garden with the rain water I collect. I need to get a new pressure switch for my flo jet pump as mine split over the winter, must have been water in it. It works but the last time I used it there was more water spraying out of the switch than the wand.

Thats a nice setup you have! but your about to be outdone...
My dad thought it would be a good idea to buy a 134 foot high clearance sprayer for the farm. I said if he got a new sprayer then so did i. so I built one. does a 14 foot width, folds twice on each boom, has valves to shut off outer booms. also has a 20 foot hose with wand. 25 gallon capacity. towed primarily behind my worn out 1250. pics!
sorry to hijack the thread...

Here it was last year behind my case 220

and the 1250

2 days later

weeds dont stand a chance!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
