I have found another super cub . It has a 60" haban deck with it but no mule drive . Will the mule drive for my 50" cub cadet deck work for the haban deck ? Thanks Bruce S.

Yes. I had a haben and sold it but kept the extra mule drive for my 782. They are identical.

It will as long as you have the lift arms for the Haban. There are a couple different versions of the 60” Haban and what I call the Cub/Haban 60”decks. Also the lift links are different lengths depending on what age tractor they are going on and they used two pulleys depending on the PTO size. The Yellow one is the later Cub/Haban the White one is the early style.

Thanks for the reply . I have the early deck , and i did end up with the mule drive for it but I didn't get a rear stabilizer bar. Every thing is smooth and quiet . I'm not sure it has a lot of hours on it just been out side most of it's life . Thanks Bruce S.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
