Thank you! Want to start looking for attachments little by little. Also think I might change the grill and use the newer model with headlight options. I'm not to concerned with keeping this stock. More looking to play around with it

Great looking 108. Condition is important in these machines, so don't worry about the hydro vs gear drive. You have a great machine there. I think headlamps were an option for the 108, so you should be able to add them and keep the original look intact.

There is always a big debate on which is better, hydro or gear drive, which I won't divulge into at the moment-- but I like both.
The great thing about IH cubs is they were built to last, parts are still somewhat available, and they are forgiving. Ornery at times, but forgiving. One can put them through a bunch of work (IE pulling a 15 foot pop up camper up hills) and they'll keep going, assuming they aren't abused. They were built like their big red brothers working in the fields. I agree about having something seriously go wrong, it is rare.

Looks to be in great shape, the 108 is a wide frame making working on it a lot easier plus a few more options squeeezing power plants in between the frame rails. I personally don't care all that much for the look of the wf front end but I do like the work area.. Nice cub sir..

Nice looking 108!
I have one also, and they are tough machines just upgraded to headlights myself (came off a 149) Very happy I made the upgrade Is that a cut hole in the top of the hood so you can add gas without lifting up the hood? Have not seen that mod before
