I look at www.surpluscenter.com prices on cylinders is cheaper same make and you need to find out what the close distantance is it make a differents if i can i have paper work that might give all dim. on cyl but i can get out to my shop with my knee so i have to wait for him to get my book

I'm not exactly sure what the 'close distance' is that you're referring to (I'm a noob)--are you talking about how big the thing is closed (retracted)?

Thanks for the link to the surpluscenter as well, that will save me a bit of $$.

closed center is the distance when its close (Retracted) center of mount holes it matters it can very i seen a cyl with a 8 in stroke but close center of 48" do to mounting and as short 14" on same stroke My manual didn't tell me any size if i get a chance and be able to i measure mine
