The magnetic oil plug is a crafty idea. That site has a ton of goodies on it. Is this project going to cause turmoil with me and my wife? I think so, ha ha

The specs says that any thing under or around 30 degrees F can use 10w-30
It recommends straight 30w anything over. I figured when I get the thing running again and change the oil to 30w and keep it in the garage for the rest of the winter. I'll let the Massey do the hard work for now.

30w weight works just fine for me. as long as i keep her in the garage for the winter she starts easy. as long as you have a warm place to fire her up the 30w is fine running in cold temps.
