I'd say homemade for sure, though they did make them for the farmall cubs.

To me it looks like a loader from a cub that somebody modified to fit a cub cadet.

I doubt it, the cylinder mounts are just flat stock welded to the tubing, unlike the large brace/ cylinder mount the farmall has, bucket is much different, Just too much would have to be done to change it that much.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
