No i didnt replace anything other than the bearing and collar, which solved the alignment problem. the old ones were worn too badly to lock together anymore. I tightened the clutch a little more so there isn't as much slack and it works pretty well. I did notice the disk has a couple small cracks so I'm picking a new one up today to replace it before it breaks. thanks everyone, its been a great help!

When you replace the clutch disk in the PTO, there is a gauge that is used to set the clutch spring tension. It usually comes with the replacement disk, along with instructions. You'll need a couple 7/16 open end wrenches (one quite thin) to lock the two nuts together on the back of the clutch assembly. You should not be able to move the cogged clutch disk in the adjusted assembly by hand. Be sure to line up one of the cogs with the set screw hole so you can put the set screws in.
