Well decided to trade off the ccc 782 that I picked up for this. Came with all the belts and mounts it needed it was a simple bolt up. Now all I have to do is get my creeper installed and I'm good to go. Only problem is at some point somebody changed the shaft in this thing and didn't have the creeper roll pin hole so if anybody has the length and everything that would help me . I tried it out as best I could with just clutching it but didn't want to fry the clutch. Works great. My old lady didn't like it when I said I gotta get another tractor to use to mow now. Dang what a shame I gotta get another lol. Hopefully a 147 or something to run with my 48 inch deck .

The hole for the coupling when using a creeper gear is located at 13.250" from the front end of the shaft.

Yea its a #2. The 782 was just a project roller that I wasn't sure what I was gonna do with. No engine or grille insert. This tiller is night almost can't hear it turning.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
