Does anybody make new ones that look like the ones used in th 82 series? I need a few and the ones on evilbay are not in very good shape and over priced.

I can't remember now but a few years ago, someone matched them up to some side marker lights on a late model GM or Chrysler car. Would be worth looking into as they would be a lot cheaper and new.

Default Lights

They match up to the early 80's Chevy Chevette or Vega rear marker lights.

I've got amber lites from the front maker lites of a 1972 vega . The rears would have been red . I proulby have those also . The amber ones are an exact match. Good luck finding parts for a vega . Maybe this will give you a enough information to track some down .

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
