I am now just using about .4% of the space. You could probably get 20 cars in there. In there also are all the extras that I got with my Cubs, they are in the pictures but the Cubs are in front and you can't see them in the photos. I am placing the stuff in to take as little room as possible and keeping it tidy.
I know I might have more than I could possible need to restore for the rest of my life but I know and hear about how so many just went for scrap. I know that the demand for them will always be small but still 40 years from now there will be someone who will like them and would like to own one. I hope that I will be the someone who made it happen for that person. The financial part of it is not a concern for me as I live very frugally and know my monthly bills. I have no mortgages or car payments. My sons are grown and I have provided for their future. I buy good used vehicles for cash. My car is 14 years old and my Land Crusher is 15 years old. It has 200,000 miles on it and that much more to go. Besides, I am having so much fun digging them out and working on them. I honestly believe they will keep me happy and healthy for many years. What else could I do at my age and retired? Watch soap operas on TV? I get severe cabin fever when I can't be out and about. John
