Default The Simple Things

Ray what a question! I have to say I have a lot to be thankful for. I have relatively good health a daughter graduating from college in three weeks and a son on his way through college. I have a wife who tolerates my cub cadets and enough money to fix one once in a while. I am most thankful that I can appreciate that many others are not as fortunate and that I can often find ways to help them when they need it. Life is good and those yellow tractors add a simple way to enjoy our time here.

Default Life, Liberty, and pursuit of happiness,...

I'm thankful to live free in America! I'm thankful that I had today to try to right some wrongs, thankful for my family, for my health, and the roof over my head! I try to always keep those people less unfortunate, displaced, burnt out, sick and hungry in my prayers.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
