I used to design electrical drives for gas turbines, used to drill oil wells.
They were shipping one ($1 million price tag ) and they dropped it off a cliff like that in South America. We did not have to worry about warranty claims on that unit!! ![]() The next one they flew to the site on a C-130!!

This road between Laplaz and Coricica Bolivia is called- North Yungas road, with 1000's of feet drop. Believe it or not it is a 2 way street used by buses and 18 wheelers. In 83 ? a bus with 100 people went over plunging 2000 ft, all died , very sad
It is also very steep in certain sections .,with thick fog and heavy rains at no notice . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XinqTUtgIgg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z7e2YLqGVHg no cad plans but will check it out 4 sure |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
