Another new guy from Ohio
Hi All! I'm the other new guy from Ohio today, cameramman611, aka casey. Just got my first Cub, 1200, and already it's buttoned up for the winter with great hopes for spring renovation and use. Actually had a family Farmall as a kid, a half century or so ago. (Also have a pretty nifty Speedex 1040a and a JD Sabre for everyday use.) So, I'll post my first question as a new thread...

Congrats on your first IH Cub Cadet 1200 QL! Those tractors are very sharp looking, and in league with the very best garden tractors EVER made!

Welcome to the site. I have a 1000 and a 1200 and really like them both I agree some of the best made apart from the iso mounts I've never had a issue and I'm not easy on em

Hello and Welcome! I also have a 1979 1200 and a 1211. The 1200 is in for the winter(needs an overhaul) . Any questions ask away! There's alot of friendly helpful people here!

Brian April 1979 1200 Quietline 44A deck 1988 1211 customized into a 1288 with a K301AQS 38C deck and a 1864 54” deck . Snow blades 42" and 54" . Brinly disk, brinly plow a cultivator and a $5 brinly yard rake!

Put on the coffee, pull up a chair and stay awhile. I have an 800, the 8HP "Quiet Line" my late Dad bought when he retired from IH in 1976. I have the 38a mower off it right now for bearing clean, inspect and probably replace. All I normally do is add gas, check oil, turn the key and mow. Again, welcome
