Did a little work with the blade last summer. More than the machine needed to do and I had better tools. But it had to play....
The boy is learning a lot about backing trailers. It is one of his main duties |

Mmmm I can't wait; warm summer days, tilling up the garden, pushing some new gravel, playing in the dirt, mowing the new yard. I'm getting summer-sick just thinking about it
![]() Great pics, btw; love the one of the boy backing up a trailer with a trailer on it. I'm sure there's a word play joke there, but I'm too tired from work today to think of it ![]()

I won't comment about warm weather because of where I live but I can sympathize with the northern crew. Nice pics of the 782 in and your son in action. Mine is only two and half but has learned model numbers and component ID and is well in his way to backing a trailer. He hooks up his matchbox trailers and his wagon trailer and also tells me how to do it! Grading shot is very cool btw

Given the choice between white ground cover and the green, I will take green any day. Or mow or plow I'm all about mowing.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
