How do I remove snapped off head bolts?

I've had good luck using turbo sockets. Kroil does work very good

I would do this also.
But I would let it cool and as soon as it does not boil the penetrating oil, put it on good and plenty.
I prefer to let it then cool to room temp in order to get the maximum shrinkage possible.
Then turn it out with a six point wrench/socket.

heat draws the penetrant in. And the heat swelling the bolt is part of the solution. Getting as cool (small bolt) as possible only enhances the chance of success.
