Sorry to hear that Allen!!! Rest assured buddy if I ever let go of my 100 you'll have first dibs on it, and I'd even talk Mike into helping me deliver it to you!!!! I'm pretty sure that we'll still be seeing that great smile of yours every time you get on either of those great 82 series of yours!!!!!

Like Red Green says "I'm pullin' for you, we're all in this together." Medical issues stink, and selling a cub as a result of that stinks worse. I'm hoping you're medical issue improves soon, and you can get another great CC (like a 147 those are awesome! )

Sorry to hear Allen that the 100 is no longer in your collection.

After you get back on your feet...which cub would be your choice to replace it?

That just plain sucks Allen. I haven't been on this site for long, but you seem like a genuine good guy. I hope all this turns around quickly.

Allen I too am sorry about your situation. Although we love our cubs it does come down to the fact that they are things. Things that can be bought, used and sold. Saying that, our health is paramount. Without a reasonable degree of health we cannot enjoy our things. If we can sell one of our things to improve our health so be it. Improved health results in being able to enjoy our things again and you still have several. Now you just get better and who knows another better 100 could be in your future.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
