I've not had any luck with automotive belts (had a Dualast make it 2 mowings once) but the Oregon belt seems to be nice!

Joe sells some of everything (good or bad). If you have a problem with stuff he's usually quick to take care of it (his wife, actually).. Good luck on your project!

Paint. SOMEONE HELP ME FIND A SPEED UP PULLEY. I've had to buy quite a bit of misc. Parts for the tractor pretty much have found anything I needed so far but I can't find an in stock speed up pulley. Even tinkered with idea of making something work with 4" upper pulley. Let me know please lol. Have mowed with this thing a lot before and my 69 jd 110( don't shun me) and know id prefer even pay more than what they go for to have a faster deck lol.. anyways. Thanks for any info

They were discontinued not long after I made the original post. I scoured the internet looking for one at a normal Case/IH/Cub dealer about 3 years ago and found, exactly, one... which I purchased for another deck.

Your best bet is to go through one of the specialty Cub dealers (such as the site supporters).

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
